Bomber Jackets

Bomber jackets have taken over nearly every girls wardrobe, from Kylie Jenner sporting every style and colour possible, to Karlie Kloss adding her signature design to her bomber in the Topshop range.
They have quickly become the perfect and easy-to-wear throw over piece, whether you need a quick casual cover up in cooler weather or you're looking to update a dress for nights out.

I've picked out some of my favourite bombers, from embellished pieces to classic nude jackets with a SS16 update in suede. I've thrown some more expensive pieces, (but not too expensive, since I came across £3k worth bombers from Alexander McQueen!)

Needle and Thread, £225

I love the beautiful embellishment detail on this jacket that is perfectly feminine for Spring/Summer.

River Island, £55

Suede is the material of the season which has been carried on from the following year with the 70s trend, so will always look classy teamed with any outfit.

Mango, £59.99

This classy bomber is perfect to dress up any outfit with its gorgeous jewelled detail. A very slouchy bomber in a silky material makes it look perfectly soft and feminine.

Urban Outfitters, £56

A classic, quirky motif bomber jacket- with NASA and the American flag patch to add a retro 40s/50s look.

Topshop, £65

Camo is due to be huge this season with it already hitting tracksuits, so this is a fab piece for updating your wardrobe with a classic khaki and grey palette.

Markus Lupfer, £205

For a pricier piece this Markus Lupfer jacket (which has been reduced in price) screams on trend with sporty tips and a floral pretty floral/woodland print.

Boohoo, £18

Nude is my favourite colour at the moment, and with this sporty tipped detail it adds a retro/preppy feel to the design. At £18 its a steal!

Zara, £59.99

Black is perfect to go with everything, but the gorgeous oriental floral design adds some small detail for a trend update.

Cateye sunglasses

It's definitely not the weather for sunglasses yet, but the latest trend that has emerged on the high street ready for when the sun makes an appearance is cat-eye sunglasses. I was routing around the shops this week to find that they were the most popular sunnies on the racks and being my favourite style due to my love for the 1960s, I can't wait to buy several pairs of these for the Spring/Summer!

I have picked out some of my favourites from various high street stores and designers. Although, River Island have made a great effort to create lookalike classic Dior cat-eye sunglasses which are at a fraction of the price.
