My mini holiday to Cornwall was a perfect excuse to purchase some new buys; since I needed new shoes and sunglasses. My favourite all time style of sunglasses are cat eyes and River Island do the best varied range of this style in my opinion. I opted for a grey/mink rimmed pair with snake print detail and ombre arms.
I also wanted to embrace the latest trends by going for a cross tie t-shirt from New Look, which I love on. I found it hard to actually find the right one since I'm fairly self conscious about showing my chest, but this one fitted lovely. Again, I found another bargain in Primark for a stripey cold shoulder top at only £5. Striped tops are my favourite go-to casual pieces as I always team them with jeans when its fairly cold or a pair of shorts or my denim skirt in warmer weather.
After trying on 11 pairs of different styled sandals in Topshop I finally decided on a pair a black tie gladiators which are the comfiest things ever and go with literally any outfit. And finally I came across the prettiest towel in BHS, and while it was on half price, I couldn't leave it, purely because paisley is my all time favourite.
